IndiGo's inaugural flight from Delhi to Ayodhya will take off on December 30, with regular daily services commencing from January 6, 2023. The flight will depart Delhi at 11:55 am and reach Ayodhya at 1:15 pm, returning to Delhi at 1:45 pm. Additionally, a tri-weekly service between Ahmedabad and Ayodhya will start on January 11, operating on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
More airlines are planning to join. Zoom, which recently obtained its air operator certificate from the DGCA, has applied for slots to operate a Delhi-Ayodhya-Lucknow flight starting in January.
